OnePlus 3 After 4 Months: Updates Fixed Everything…Or Made It Worse?

Hi, I want to do a kind of long-term review of the OnePlus 3, and if you remember, I already reviewed the OnePlus 3 back in June, it’s been about four months since I’ve been using the device, so I wanted to give you a quick update because if you remember, when I reviewed it back in June, this phone had a lot of flaws, but now this OnePlus 3 has received a lot of updates, so I wanted to give you a quick update, and one strange thing I noticed is that with the OnePlus 3 last year, if you remember.

OnePlus 3 RAM Management: Fast on Paper…But What’s Really Happening?

I would always go back to the Nexus 6p when I wasn’t specifically reviewing a phone, and I would put my primary SIM back in, and now it’s the same with the OnePlus 3, and the first thing I wanted to talk about, and by the way, everyone knows the specs of the OnePlus 3, it comes with the Snapdragon 820 chipset, etc., the specs are on the screen here. You can pause it for more details, and the first thing I wanted to talk about right now is RAM management.

OnePlus 3: 6GB RAM Fixed?! The Update That Changed Everything

This OnePlus 3 comes with 6GB of RAM, and when I reviewed it back in June, RAM management wasn’t great. OnePlus was artificially restricting how much RAM you could use, but now this OnePlus 3 has received several updates, and I’m happy to say that RAM management isn’t a problem in everyday use. I rarely encounter any issues with RAM management, and it’s a very fluid device now.

OnePlus 3 vs Note 7: This Phone Feels Faster…Seriously?!

Speaking of this device’s performance, the OnePlus 3 has performed exceptionally well; even after using it for nearly four months, it continues to deliver excellent performance. I must say that it is one of the best Android phones I have ever used. Before returning to this device, I was testing the Note 7—as you may recall, I switched my SIM card back to the OnePlus 3 about three weeks ago. I have to admit that, in terms of general day-to-day operation, it feels even faster than the Note 7.

OnePlus 3: No Lag, Perfect Calls—Is This the Smoothest Android Ever?

It truly ranks among the best Android phones I have ever used. It is incredibly fast, completely free of any lag or performance hiccups. So, if you are concerned about experiencing lag or similar issues, rest assured—you have nothing to worry about. In my opinion, it is every bit as good as the Nexus 6P. Now, turning our attention to cellular calls, the call quality is excellent. I haven’t encountered a single issue since I started using it again. I tested it using AEL 4G—which is my primary SIM—but I also tested it on the Jio network using Lance 4G. I am pleased to report that it works perfectly well with Reliance Jio and fully supports VoLTE 4G. Indeed, VoLTE calls are fully supported on the OnePlus 3. Now, there is one specific thing about the OnePlus 3 that I truly love.
